Directions to the Federal Detention Center, Philadelphia PA:

Take 95 North. Stay on 95 until you get to signs for Callowhill Street (they also say Independence Ave.)

At end of the ramp keep straight until you reach 6^th street.

Make a left. Arch Street is a couple of blocks up (1 before Market Street and right after Race Street)

Make a right on Arch Street. The Detention Facility is at 7^th and Arch Street. There is a parking across the street.
